Yesterday I went to a conference where John Anderson, the founder of Contiki spoke.

A great Aussie (ok Kiwi) story about starting with 25 pounds and turning an idea into a multimillion bad credit loan sort of depends on the specific scenario were discussing  be it the transaction, the institutional arrangements of the monetary system in which were operating, etc. dollar business.

He’s writing a book “only two spots left” – launched early next year.  I look forward to reading it.

The bottom line about taking risks, being different from your competitors, understanding your customer and the focus on “quality”
